About

We're building the software pool service companies actually need

Not a generic field-service tool with a pool skin — a system shaped around how a pool company actually makes money: routes, proof of service, and the profit hiding inside them.

Our mission

To be the software a pool service company actually runs on — the one that shows the owner what each account earns, proves every visit, and never invents a feature to close a sale.

What we believe

The principles behind every decision we make.

Honest scope, honest pricing

We say no when the product is wrong for you, and we never dress up a roadmap item as if it already shipped.

Proof over vanity

Numbers that survive a hard question beat a dashboard that only looks good in a screenshot.

Built with owners, in the field

The backlog is driven by real pool service companies on real routes — not a generic SaaS playbook.

Made for a full day

Every screen has to save time for someone whose day is already full — beautiful is not enough.

Our story

PMS started with a simple frustration: a route app tells a pool company where to go, but not what it earned, whether the visit really happened, or whether the price still covers the cost.

So we built the office and the field into one system — from sale to signed contract, from route to proof of service, from invoice to profit per account — for the owner who wears all of those hats at once.

We build it with people who work directly with pools — one of us has built pool-service software before, and a pilot on real routes, with a tech working the street every day, has already driven real fixes and improvements. When something is not ready, we say so — we would rather earn trust than inflate a feature list.

  1. 2024

    The idea

Two engineers — one who had already built pool-service software — keep hitting the same gap: a route app tells you where to go, never what you earned. The concept for PMS is mapped.

  2. 2026

    The core takes shape

Everything is built this year: the multi-company backbone, the field app and the profit-per-account model. A pilot on real routes — a tech working the street — surfaces routing, on-the-job and iOS/Android issues, and we fix them.

  3. Next

    Grow on owner demand

Self-serve signup comes next, then deeper reporting and integrations that follow what pool companies actually ask for — not a generic template.
